Great products - Comcast level support

I have said it all. It’s lovely that Intensify has been updated for El Cap sadly as the stand alone app crashes instantly after launch there is no way for me to dl the update..
If you go to their website you are subject to multiple pop-ups for the kit or the mailing list or whatever when all you want to do is find the support section, guess what there isn’t one.
Support is under ‘Contact Us’ also no way to just straight dl the latest version. As I said, this is Comcast level customer care or less (or careless?).

Having said that Intensify is an amazing program that I have become completely addicted to as I am Photoshop lazy, thus my upset as my workflow has been disrupted and I don’t remember how to do anything in PS anymore ;-)
